| Terms & Conditions |
1. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the
organizers. |
2. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 23 years of age as on
31st December 2009.
The applicant is required to produce an age proof (Passport / birth
certificate / school leaving certificate/ driving license.) |
| 3. The applicant should be unmarried. |
| 4. The applicant should be an Indian citizen. |
5. Participants who hail from South Indian states (Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala )
are eligible to participate. |
| 6. Non Resident South Indians are also eligible to apply for the pageant. |
| 7. Height should be minimum 5'5" on bare foot. |
| 8. The VY South Queen 2010 is being conducted for vy south queen 2011 calendar. |
9. The applicant or the applicant's immediate family is not related to any person employed in
vy south queen and the judges. In case of such a relation, the applicant will disclose
the same immediately. |
10. The applicant is not under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the
time of appearing for the auditions. |
11. The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract
or pageant. |
12. The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on
any account and for any reason whatsoever. |
| 13. The applicant who already won the beauty pageant will not be consider for the pageant. |
| 14. The organizers are not responsible, if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them. |
15. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant
on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk
and will have no claim against VY Organizer or any other sponsors.Medical assistance will be
provided in case of any emergencies.
Applicants having sound health are eligible to participate. |
| 16. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco related products are strictly prohibited. |
17. No participant should bring any pressure or influence on the organizer or sponsor to
influence the outcome of the pageant will attract disqualification. |
18. Incorrect information of the participant will result in disqualification, whether discovered
prior,
during or after participation. |
| 19. The Organizers and Judges decision is final in all cases. |
| 20. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries. |
21. Schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of
the Organizers. |
22. The Organizers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event
(in case of unavoidable circumstances). |
| 23. On occurrence of dispute, Organizers' decisions are final and binding on the applicant. |
| 24. The courts of Hyderabad have the jurisdiction over all disputes. |

| 26. Participants are not suppose to leave the premises |
27. Participants are not allowed to use cell phones during the grooming classes.

| 28. Participants are not allowed to carry any food products. |
29. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and amicable manner throughout the event
as per the schedule given. |
30. Participants should provide no objection certificate from their parents/guardian for sending
them for the event. |
| 31. 30 participants will be shortlisted among received applications. |
32. Shortlisted participants will be called for preliminary round of screening on 3rd July at Hyderabad.
Further shortlisted participants will be taken forward for the residential grooming
from 13th July-2010 6pm to 14th July-2010 8am
Final events will be held on 13th July-2010 at Novotel, Hitec City, Hyderabad. |
